Our weekend in Scotland was absolutely perfect.

Megan and Stephen tied the knot on a rare + gorgeous sunny day in Glasgow.

We then wined and dined and celebrated the happy couple at the ridiculously amazing Cameron House in Loch Lomond.

It was an incredibly beautiful day that honored an incredibly beautiful couple.

{Our Wedding Video}

Yes, you read that right. And yes, our wedding was over two years ago... 

As much as I wanted a professional videographer at our wedding it just wasn't in the budget.

I knew I had to have at least some footage of our day, so we had two FlipShare cameras floating around all day, capturing who knew what. 

At the end of the wedding I was just happy to get both cameras back in one piece!

It was so fun to see what video had been taken. Some of it touching, some of it downright hilarious.

So, what do you do with 50+ little videos taken throughout your wedding day? 

Well, probably nothing, despite your best intentions.

Until a great friend (and bridesmaid) decides she wants to help you make them something special. 

I knew it was going to be a huge undertaking, and when the finished product hit my inbox yesterday I squealed with excitement and joy!

Jena - a talented graphic designer - took a jumbled mess of home videos and made them into a video that makes me laugh and cry every time I've watched it (yes, I've already watched it more than a few times!).

We will never be able to express our gratitude for such a personal and special gift. I know how much work this took and it is something we will cherish forever and ever!

So without further ado... Our wedding video!

I was finally able to make some room on my computer and edit the photos from Meghan + Jeff's gorgeous wedding! Yay!

Meghan and Jeff got married at a gorgeous venue out in Canby, Oregon - Postlewaits Country Weddings. It was truly stunning inside an out - the grounds were perfectly manicured and the barn was heartstoppingly (made up that word?) beautiful. Since I was in the wedding I didn't get to take as many photos as I would've liked - but snapped as many as I could! I wish I could've gotten more of the details. They left no DIY undone - from the photobooth to the wishing stones, to the readings to the cocktails, to the grooms cake... I mean, the list goes on and on. It was such an honor to be a part of their day - they are such a genuine and beautiful couple. The laughter they share together is contagious. And best of all, they made the cutest little baby girl you ever did see. Enjoy the photos!

I wanted to share some iPhone snaps from the wedding I was in last week. I’ll post more about the wedding when I share the “real” photos, but what I’ll say now is this wedding was a true testament to Meghan and how unbelievably creative and detail-oritented she is. This would’ve been an impressive fete to plan no matter what, but knowing she has a full-time job and a small baby at home made this even more extraordinary. I was so honored to be a part of Meghan + Jeff’s big day and couldn’t be happier for them! Can’t wait to share more!!

{Paul + Rachel // Married}

There are few things I love more than attending a wedding. I am just such a hopeless romantic and I will never get tired of watching two madly-in-love people committing their lives to each other. Corey and I were lucky enough to attend Paul and Rachel's wedding when we were home in August. They had their ceremony in the Versailles Gardens, with the Fremont bridge perched perfectly behind them and had the reception right next door at The Castaway. What an incredibly beautiful night! Rachel and Paul are the sweetest couple and their love for one another was just radiating off of them the entire day and night. Congrats again, you two! We love you!

P.S. I've already gotten a few questions on my dress (you guys are clearly dress people like me!) It's 2+ years old, I got it for my bachelorette party. It's the BCBG Heart Applique dress if any of you want to look for it on ebay :) )
